Kahoot
Kahoot is a game-based classroom response system. A game of Kahoot! is typically initiated by educators as a way to gain rich insights about their classroom, through formative assessment or reviews in an engaging way. You can create a quiz, discussion, or a survey. However, there are also many other ways to utilize the features of Kahoot. Try some of the following:
Introduce a new topic or concept: Include around five questions, using an imbedded photo, video, or diagram. After each question, discuss the why?. Reinforce knowledge: Don't be afraid to play the same game twice. Use the randomize option to mix up questions and answers. Connect #Global Classrooms: Initiate competition between classes within your school, or even globally. Click this link to find out more. Encourage reflection and peer-led discussion: Create questions with more then one correct answer to fuel discussion. Use the duplicate question button to create repetitive questions/answers which build on insights from previous questions.
